The journey of Ingria Pratama Capitalindo began in 2013, working in the construction sector. The initial goal of establishing the company at that time was to gain the trust of the government to undertake government projects, including Simple Flats. Subsequently, armed with experience as a construction company, we started building our first housing project in the Cimalaka area of Sumedang Regency in 2015. This housing development was driven by the company's desire to provide affordable housing while maintaining quality, including the construction of carports and road widening.
