Corporate Secretary

The Corporate Secretary plays a crucial role in facilitating communication among the Company's organs, ensuring the effectiveness and transparency of the Company's communications, building relationships with external parties including government and non-government institutions, investors, and other capital market participants. The functions of the Corporate Secretary refer to Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 35/POJK.04/2014 Regarding the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies.

The Corporate Secretary is appointed by and directly reports to the President Director (CEO) and reports on the execution of their duties to the Board of Commissioners.
