Ingria Pratama Capitalindo's journey began in 2013, initially focusing on construction. The company's founding goal was to earn trust by undertaking government projects, including low-cost apartment complexes. Building on its construction experience, in 2015, Ingria Pratama Capitalindo started its first housing project in Cimalaka, Sumedang Regency. This initiative aimed to provide affordable housing without compromising on quality, featuring amenities such as carports and wider roadways.

Due to its achievements, the company garnered full attention from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero), Tbk (BTN) as a banking partner in the development and credit distribution for the company's housing projects. Consequently, in the following years, the company expanded its business to various regions in Indonesia, including Tangerang Regency, Bekasi Regency, Bandung Regency, and even in 2019, the company expanded its business operations to Samarinda City, East Kalimantan.
