Jakarta, April 29, 2024 — PT Ingria Pratama Capitalindo Tbk ("Ingria"), a leading developer of subsidized and commercial housing in Indonesia, recorded positive performance throughout the first quarter of 2024.
According to the company's financial report, Ingria posted revenues of IDR 13.8 billion, a 65.5% increase compared to IDR 8.3 billion in the same period last year, year on year (YoY).
The company also successfully managed its cost of goods sold, sales expenses, and other general expenses, leading to a significant increase in net profit by 341.3%, from IDR 205.6 million to IDR 907.3 million (YoY).
Additionally, there was an increase in liabilities and equity. In the first three months of 2024, the total liabilities and equity rose from IDR 475.9 billion on December 31, 2023, to IDR 477.3 billion on March 31, 2024.
According to Eka Maolana, Corporate Secretary of Ingria, the positive financial performance is the result of the implementation of two fundamental policies.
“The first policy is Ingria’s adherence to the principles of good governance, ensuring accountable decision-making and policy execution. The second is Ingria's consistent focus on developing quality and affordable homes,” said Eka.
As a publicly listed company, Ingria always adheres to transparency principles and complies with government regulations regarding the provision of subsidized housing.
In terms of products, Ingria emphasizes building quality and affordable housing.
“The housing developed by Ingria must adhere to these two principles: quality and affordability. This is the solution Ingria offers to the public, in the midst of the often difficult choice between quality and price,” Eka added.
Therefore, Eka continued, careful property development, innovative designs, and a focus on community needs have become the hallmark of every Ingria project.
Currently, Ingria has developed housing projects in Tangerang, Bekasi, Sumedang, Karawang, Bandung, and Samarinda.
These housing projects include Bukit Esma Cicalengka, Gria Panorama Cimanggung, and The Valley Esma in Bandung and surrounding areas. In Sumedang, Ingria has developed the Gria Panorama Sumedang project.
In Bekasi, Ingria is working on the Griya Indah Cibarusah project, as well as the Puri Artha Kencana and Puri Epicentrum housing projects in Karawang.
In Samarinda, Ingria is developing the Gria Mahakam City housing project. Meanwhile, Ingria is also building and developing the Epicentrum Sepatan Apartment in South Tangerang.
